Enrollment Timing

  • Annual Open Enrollment: Existing eligible employees may update benefit selections during this period.

  • Mid-Year Changes: Only allowed if you experience a qualifying life event (e.g., marriage, birth/adoption of a child, loss of other coverage).

 

Enrollment Requirements

All full-time new hires, full-time rehires, and newly eligible part-time employees must:

​

✔ Review the applicable Benefit Guide in People Matter
✔ Select or waive coverage by the stated deadline via the Online Benefit Portal or Enrollment Center
✔ Confirm your choices by reviewing the Benefit Confirmation Page sent after submission
✔ Verify payroll deductions on your paystubs

​

Note: Premiums begin with the first paycheck following the communicated effective date.
Failure to pay your portion of the premiums may result in loss of coverage.
